Precious Ishiguzor MBA, CMC, FIMC, MBL
VIC Chapter President
Precious Ishiguzor is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and Board Director with 25 years experience in strategy & transformation, corporate governance, and risk management leading business turnaround and technology transformations across healthcare, financial services, retail, manufacturing, and consulting. Currently a doctoral researcher in AI-enabled organisational change in Healthcare, he helps organisations harness artificial intelligence responsibly through fit-for-purpose governance frameworks.
As President of the African Professionals of Australia (Victoria Chapter), Precious champions the advancement, visibility, and economic participation of African Australian professionals. He has forged strategic partnerships with organisations including Black Curate Collective, Daraja Impact Hub, the African Students Association of Victoria, and Blacks In Business Australia, delivering flagship networking, International Women’s Day, and sector engagement events. His leadership connects members to opportunity, including entrepreneurship, business, corporate partnerships, and community advocacy initiatives, building a thriving community across Victoria.
